5.4 Account Accuracy

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

hn88 references familiar Pakistani payment channels for contextual guidance only. These include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. References to these providers do not imply that they endorse, support or affiliate with hn88 or any online gambling activity. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT may also be available. 6.2 Minimum Deposit

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

6.4 Currency

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers and rewards made available through hn88 are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. Where there is any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 10× wagering requirement requires the user to wager a cumulative total of PKR 50,000 before bonus-related winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the relevant promotional terms.

7.3 Expiry

All bonuses are subject to expiry deadlines. If the applicable wagering requirement is not satisfied within the specified period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue, as stated in the promotion), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. 7.4 Bonus Eligibility

8.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. Users should review all bet selections, stakes and potential returns carefully before confirming any wager.

8.2 Void Bets

hn88 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, event cancellation, match abandonment, data feed failures or where hn88 reasonably suspects fraudulent conduct. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the user's account balance.

8.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected events including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, EPL and UEFA matches, and UFC fight nights. Live odds fluctuate in real time. hn88 may suspend live markets at any time and is not liable for any inability to place a live bet due to market suspension or connectivity issues.

8.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per market type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be updated by hn88 at any time. Where a bet generates a return in excess of the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the stated limit.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hn88 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit software errors, odds discrepancies or promotional structures;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity through the Platform;

All content on the hn88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall structure and appearance of the website — is the property of hn88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from Platform materials;

11.1 No Warranty

The hn88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. hn88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or that any defects will be corrected.

11.2 Exclusion of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hn88 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the Platform;
• Gambling losses sustained through use of the Platform or any linked operator;
• Technical failures, service interruptions or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control;
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform, including odds data, bonus guides or promotional content;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

11.3 Aggregate Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, hn88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed PKR 10,000, or the equivalent amount paid by you to hn88 in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim, whichever is lower.

hn88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a method of generating income, resolving financial difficulties or recovering previous losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or hard stops for session duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period;

13.1 Termination by hn88

• A user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• hn88 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity;
• A user has provided false or misleading information;
• Account activity is deemed harmful to the Platform or other users;
• hn88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

13.2 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting hn88 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to you subject to KYC verification and these Terms.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Platform. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability and governing law — shall continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the applicable operator is licensed and incorporated, which may not be Pakistan. hn88 does not represent that the content or services available on this Platform comply with Pakistani law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction as specified by the applicable operator's license terms. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and legal responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Platform following any posted amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modification to these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
